CONTEST OPEN TO SEATTLE/TACOMA AREA CLIENTS!

HOW TO ENTER:

-one entry per child

-you must be the legal parent or guardian of the child you enter into the contest

-child must be 12 years of age or younger on the date of entry

-submissions may NOT be professional photographs

-photos must have been taken in the past 6 months

-photos will be accepted beginning at 5:00pm pacific time on July 12, 2010 via email only

-only photos emailed to jaime.vukelich@gmail.com with the subject line SUMMER SMILES CONTEST will be accepted

-must include your child’s name and age in the email (first name and age will be posted with photo) along with your name and contact information

-contest is open to everyone, but the free session must take place within 30 miles of zip code 98372. An additional travel fee of $1 per mile each way will be added if over 30 miles

-every entry will receive a $25 credit to use towards a future session. Limit one per household. Credit must be used by Sept. 30, 2010.

JUDGING:

-all photos entered will be placed in an album by JLV Photography on the Facebook Fan Page

-to vote for a photo, you MUST be a fan (“like”) the JLV Photography facebook page

-click “like” under the photo you are voting for in the album labeled “Summer Smiles Contest 2010”

–voting will officially open on Sunday, July 18, 2010

-photo with the most “likes” at the end of voting will be the winner. Comments are allowed, but will NOT count toward the total votes.

-voting will be closed at 11:59pm (pacific time) on Wednesday, July 21, 2010.

-the official winners will be announced on the blog on Thursday July 22.

WHAT WILL YOU WIN?:

-the parent or legal guardian of the child in the winning photo will receive a free photo session (for up to 5 family members, $25 per additional person) with JLV Photography and an 11×14 mounted print of the image of their choice

-photo session must be booked within 30 days of winning and must take place before Sept. 30, 2010

-prize value of $170 – can not be altered or changed in any way and is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable

-additional prints and products will be available for purchase. Inquire for a current price list

-NOT redeemable for newborn photography

-2nd place winner will receive a $75 credit with JLV Photography, must be used by Sept. 30, 2010

-3rd place winner will receive a $50 credit with JLV Photography, must be used by Sept. 30, 2010

-no other promotions or discounts can be applied to prizes

-prizes are not transferable to other persons

-winners must sign a portrait contract prior to session

-every entry will receive a $25 credit toward a future session with JLV Photography, limit one per family/household. Must be used by Sept. 30, 2010
