It is hard to believe another year has come an gone! I had so much fun capturing so many new babies, families and moments this year. I cherish all of my clients and am thankful for another great year doing what I love!! Thank you and I hope to see you in 2013!

I know “they” say time flies when you are having fun, but they should really say time flies when you have kids!! I know it seems like I blink and another year passes. Not sure how it has been a whole year since I first met this little lady when she was just days old. I have been lucky enough to watch her grow over the past year and I have to say that is one of my very favorite parts of this job. I love seeing these babies grow and reach milestones. It is so much fun for me!!

Luckily we caught a break in the weather and were able to utilize the lovely fall colors (thanks to my backyard and a ton of leaves that have dropped from our tree). I just love these images and the personality they show, Miss Claire has the greatest expressions!! Happy Birthday!!

I am SO lucky to have talented friends like Greta. We has so much fun at our mommy and me session swap that we decided to bring the whole family out for a fall session swap. And boy did we pick the perfect evening!!! I am such a sucker for the warm glow you get at the end of a crisp fall day. And the warmth of this family’s love made it easy for me to photograph! We all had a blast and I am so grateful to Greta for her friendship, talent and generosity.

I LOVE color. And I love when clients choose to dress in bright colors that work so well with the gorgeous background colors. And how lucky are we here in Seattle to have an extended Summer with warm temperatures and gorgeous colors? Months ago, this session was scheduled with the hopes that we would luck out with the weather. And guess what…we totally did!! We got a warm, sunny morning with the beginnings of Fall colors that made for a picture perfect session! Big thanks to the “M” family for choosing me to capture their adorable family.
